For regular priced items, you have 14 days from purchase for exchange or store credit. For items discounted less than 25%, you have 14 days from purchase for exchange or store credit.  For any discounted items that are 25% off or greater the items are final sale.

*All returns and exchanges must be completed at the store of the original sale.

Online

For regular priced items, you have 14 days from receipt for exchange or store credit, not including the initial shipping cost. Any discounted items purchased are final sale.  All online sales being returned in person must be done at our Fort Langley location regardless of original pickup location.

*All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
